CANCELLATION POLICY:

97% of total booking fees will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation (accounting for payment processor fees). Within 30 days of arrival, cleaning fee and damage insurance fee are refundable, additional refund is dependent on rebooking at discretion of host. 

No refunds for stays terminated for failure to comply with our rules. 

WORRY FREE STAY

Every booking includes an additional fee for Damage Insurance. This insurance covers incidental damages so you don't have to.  This fee is automatically added to your booking; more information will be provided after booking.  

PET POLICY

No more than (2) well behaved dogs are allowed. Pets must be disclosed at booking. A  pet fee is assessed.  Dogs must stay on our property at all times and pet waste cleaned up and disposed of in the outdoor trash bin. Pets may not be left alone at the property for long periods of time.  

Service animals are always welcome. ESA animals are subject to our pet policy. 

Undisclosed pets may result in the pet - or you, being asked to leave without refund. 

Booking is not confirmed until completion of a Rental Agreement and  receipt of deposit. 50% is due at the time of booking, the balance is due 15 days prior to arrival or booking will be cancelled without any refund. 

Your rental provides access to the unoccupied home.  Please note, this is the owners primary residence that is rented out part-time. Some of the owners effects may be visible; such as in the primary bedroom (the closet area is blocked off and should not be accessed) and in the garage.  

The home is thoroughly cleaned and linens all laundered and changed between stays. 

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen includes pretty much all standard items to cook and serve food. There is a built-in coffee machine - beans are provided, feel free to bring your preferred.  A standalone expresso maker is also available.
